Tabal Chocolate is a small-batch, organic chocolate company crafting high-quality, gluten-free, vegan, and soy-free chocolate. With deep roots in traditional chocolate-making techniques, the brand embraces its connection to Mexico and the ancient origins of cacao.

For this project, the goal was to develop a visually compelling and cohesive packaging system that reflects Tabal Chocolate’s brand essence—authentic, bold, and refined.

The design takes inspiration from the rich history of Mexico, incorporating bold colorful tones and hand-drawn illustrations that evoke the spirit of Mayan artistry. The packaging features a balance of modern minimalism and rustic authenticity, using a clean, structured layout to communicate key product details while allowing the textures and motifs to shine.

The label system is carefully crafted to highlight the brand story, unique flavors, and key selling points, ensuring clarity and engagement for the consumer. A custom display box complements the individual packaging, creating a cohesive retail presence that draws attention while maintaining an artisanal feel.
