Renegade Craft Fair

For this project I aimed to create a cut and paste “zine” look, a cohesive and bold visual identity across print, web, and app platforms. The target audience for the fair includes crafters, artists, makers, and creators, as well as families with children and teenagers who attend the workshops and activities. 

The primary objective was to create a design system that speaks to the soul and colorfulness of the fair while invoking curiosity and excitement about the event. I incorporated imaginative, quirky, DIY zine elements into the brand with a focus on bold graphics to create a cohesive and visually stunning identity. The secondary objective was to create giveaway items for the fair with a focus on sustainability.

The final deliverables included a complete identity, printed fair guide, website, social media plan, and three fun and quirky giveaway items that embody the spirit of the Renegade Craft Fair. One of the giveaway items was a DIY craft using the printed convention guide as a way to consider the recyclability of the printed materials.
